Download Help provided for MSIE Users
We have created download instructions primarily for Microsoft Internet Explorer users. Since you are using a different browser, you probably know how to download and install software. The focus of this page was to give detailed instructions for newer users.In most browsers, you will want to choose to Save the file to some location (such as your desktop), then locate that file and double-click on it to begin installation. For MSIE users, we recommend simply choosing the Open option, as it is a simpler method for users who may not be familiar with downloading and installing software.

How to Download and Install NGWave
Installing our software is really easy. Simply follow these instructions and you will be on your way in no time! Be sure to scroll down this page as you read so you don't miss any steps.When you click the Download link (in a few seconds), you will see a dialog like this:
The above dialog may look slightly different, depending on what version of Windows you are using.
In any case, click on the Open or Run button. You will then see something like this:
This dialog shows the current progress and speed of the download. If you are using dialup internet service, this process may take a few minutes.
When it is complete, you will something like this:
Choose Next to begin installation, and follow the instructions on your screen from there. Generally you can just accept the defaults and click Next on each page.
