Common Problems

When you use any of the above online payment services, you should receive both a receipt email from the online processing company, and a License Key sent from NGWave.com. If you do not receive either or both of these emails within 20 minutes, please verify the following:

You entered your email address correctly
You do not have any Junk Mail or SPAM filtering enabled
You have not exceeded your ISPs mail quota

The most frequent reason for users failing to receive emails from us is that their Internet Service Provider (ISP) has enabled SPAM filtering, sometimes without the user's knowledge. AOL and Earthlink are two large ISPs that have SPAM filters enabled.

The second most frequent problem is a full mailbox. Many ISPs have a set quota, especially if you use a web-based mail system (such as Hotmail).

Be sure you are able to receive our emails -- we can't respond to a support request when your provider is not accepting our emails. If you are unsure, please include a telephone number or alternate email address when contacting us, or call Justin during business hours at (219) 374-7331. We will do whatever we can to make sure you receive what you purchased.

Please allow an appropriate amount of time, and be sure to include a return addres, an email address, or US telephone number so that we can get your License Key to you. If no email or telephone number is provided, we will mail a print-out of your License Key to the address provided.

Refunds

In general, we do not offer refunds. We do however let you try out NGWave for as long as you like before you make a decision to purchase. This way, you know ahead of time exactly what you are purchasing, and you can decide if NGWave is right for you prior to making a purchase.

However, if there are special circumstances causing you to want your money back, you should contact us first. Please do not simply issue a charge-back with your credit card company or otherwise dispute the charge.

What you Get

When you purchase online, you receive a License Key immediately by email. This key causes the program to function fully, with no limitations. You also receive priority technical support should you need it.

With your purchase, you are also entitled to Free upgrades for one year. We frequently release new versions, with added features, improved performance, and enhanced stability. These upgrades are free for licensed users for one year; all you have to do is download them.

Instructions

Once you receive your License Key, you simply need to enter the key into the program, along with your name, to register it. Once this is done the program becomes fully functional.

If you reinstall the program, or upgrade to a newer version, you will not have to enter your License Key again. However, if you reinstall Windows, format your hard disk, or upgrade to a new PC, you will need to enter the information again. Please print your License Information Email so you will not lose it.

Licensing Details

Next Generation Software, Inc. does not use Hardware Locking or other restrictive licensing techniques. Our software will never attempt to contact our server or verify your licensing. Your License Key is yours, and is good for as long as you wish to use it.

If your License Key is found to have been shared on the Internet, you automatically lose any technical support or assistance from Next Generation Software, Inc. Sharing your License Key is a violation of the agreement.

You should encourage your friends to buy a copy of our software if they like it. Software Piracy is what leads to high software prices, and drives some companies to use privacy-invading licensing techniques such as hardware locking. We are confident that our customers can be trusted, and we will never employ such techniques in our products.
